Tell me about your "The Beginning!"
We'd known each other as acquaintances for a while, and our parents knew each other when they were young! But the fun started when we were at a Coolum youth camp in 2018, and we both felt the shift in our friendship. Our first few dates were very casual and in garden settings - super relaxed, natural and happy. Pretty quickly it became love, and now we're getting married wooo!
When and where did you get engaged?
Mount French at the Scenic Rim! October 2022. A beautiful overcast day, but just as Danny proposed at the lookout (overlooking the whole of the Scenic Rim!) the sun burst through the clouds! So beautiful and unforgettable.
What style/theme have you chosen for your Wedding Day?
Bright, vibrant and happy! Lots of warm tones and wildflower themes, minimal, yet natural and fun
What are you most looking forward to on the day?
Making our vows to each other, enjoying the magic of being just married and wildly in love, and being amongst our favourite people to share the day with us!
Top Tips!
Plan the little details MONTHS before you think you need to! And also have fun planning - stressing doesn't add anything helpful to the process haha. The whole reason for the wedding is to commit your life and love to your partner, and everything else should ripple outwards from that :)
